Karen Young

Karen Young

The founder of Ethos Metrics, Karen is based in Farnham, Surrey.

Karen spent 15 years at Virgin and British Airways, gaining knowledge and experience across the entire marketing mix.

Since 2009, she's provided marketing consultancy services to a wide range of businesses, discovering a passion for Google AdWords in 2014.

Karen sees Pay-Per-Click Advertising as the ultimate marketing tool, delivering trackable, measurable results in real time.

Dorcas Podger

Dorcas graduated in Biochemistry from York University before qualifying as a management accountant.

She has 20 years analytical experience, optimising business performance across manufacturing, FMCG and service industries.

Since becoming Google Ads qualified she is focusing her analytical skills on managing and reporting on Google Ads campaigns for Ethos clients.

Gaynor Allen

Gaynor Allen

Gaynor studied Business and Accounts at University of Edinburgh. She has over 25 years’ experience in the retail sector, working for some of the country’s top retailers and e-tailers, including Tesco, The Book People, Currys PC World & Selfridges.

Her ability to accurately forecast trends and monitor performance will ensure that you don’t miss any valuable opportunities to grow your business through PPC.

Laura Lambert, Ethos Metrics

Laura Lambert

After studying Economics and Politics at university, Laura spent 20 years working as a Management Consultant delivering global operational improvement projects and business transformation for FTSE 100 clients.

More recently, she has worked with small and medium sized businesses, providing support to help them achieve their commercial goals.

Laura brings a strong commercial mindset to the Ethos team, enabling her to help SMEs achieve their revenue targets using Google Ads.
