At Ethos, your account is never managed by the office junior.
The person you speak to is the person who does the work on your account.
Our account managers all have 15+ years commercial knowledge and plenty of life experience. This helps us manage your advertising campaign in partnership with you, thoughtfully and with maturity.
When Ethos began to grow, I thought at length about the people I wanted to bring into the team.
Typically, Google Ads agencies employ one or two experts who handle all client interaction. The bulk of the actual work is done by behind the scenes - by young people who are learning on the job, or cheap overseas freelancers.
I knew this couldn't work for Ethos. So much is lost, often literally, in translation.
I wanted to work with a team of people who could get to grips with our clients' businesses. People who asked the right questions.
What does the client need to achieve? How much can they afford to spend to acquire a new customer? How can we outwit the competition?
So I went out searching for corporate escapees. I knew I could train people to excel at managing Google Ads accounts. But it was much harder to train commercial acumen.
You will have two of our team allocated to your account - one lead account manager and one supporting account manager. You will speak directly to them and they will do the work on your account. It's as simple as that.
