You might be doing a brilliant job. If we don’t think we can add enough value to cover our fees, we’ll tell you. We don’t want to have an awkward conversation in a few months time.
We understand that when you work with us, you need to cover the cost of our management fee, either through additional revenue, or a more efficient media spend.
Because this doesn’t fairly reflect the amount of work taken to manage an account.
Let’s say we charged 15% of media spend to manage your account. That’s fine if you’re spending £10,000 on clicks. However, if you’re only spending £1,000 on clicks, we’d be paid £150. This doesn’t allow enough time to do a good job.
We want to work with clients who have smaller budgets and we want to make sure they get good results. We can’t do this on a % model.
Sorry, we don’t give any guarantees on profitability. There are simply too many unknowns.
All we can say is that we turn away a lot of potential clients because we don’t think Google Ads will work for them.
If we do work with you, we will give it 100%.
But if you can’t afford to test Google Ads for three months, it’s not the right marketing channel for you and we’d suggest you focus on other channels, such as SEO, email marketing or social media.
No, you could spend £10 a month, but we still have a minimum monthly fee of £600, so this is unlikely to work for you!
We do have clients who spend as little as £400 per month on clicks and get a positive return on their advertising spend, but in general, you're more likely to get better results from a slightly higher budget.
We're happy to discuss trialling ads on a lower spend initially if you wish.

This is obviously the right thing to do if you work in a seasonal business, where you might take twice as much revenue in April as December.
You might also want to increase your spend to support a product launch, or decrease it when the sales team are too busy.

If you're a charity who have been allocated a Google Grant of $10,000 per month, get in touch and we'll give you a quote for monthly management fees.
All spend within a Google Grants account is in US Dollars and the account needs to be managed in line with Google's requirements for Grant funding. We can explain more on a call.
Bing and the other search engines on the Microsoft Ads platform (e.g. Ecosia, Duck Duck Go) have a lower share of the search engine market. This means that we can generally buy fewer clicks.
We generally only run Microsoft Bing accounts alongside Google Accounts, so we are able to reduce our management fees due to the efficiencies of working on both platforms.
If you only want to run Microsoft Ads, the Google ratecard will apply.

We don’t charge our monthly management fee if ads are paused for a full month.
We're only able to quote once we have taken an in depth look at your account, website and Analytics. However, our set up fees tend to range from £750 to £5000.
