"I work at Dye & Durham, a legal software technology company. We’ve got about 1,000 employees globally, so we have operations in Australia, UK, Ireland, and Canada.
We inherited many websites from an acquisition. We needed a company to come in and review what was working with the PPC and keywords. Then, they had to come back with recommendations to improve the sites’ performance and profitability.
Ethos put a phased proposal of recommendations together. In phase one, we need to look at all the websites and determine which ones are worth investing in. They’ve led further advice on what we need to build out and do to the website.
They share a dashboard of metrics with us, and we review it every week at a meeting. It has every website, number of visitors, PPC spend, what's been tracked, and what's been sold. Overall, their reporting is probably their biggest strength. They give us real visibility and clarity of what we're spending, what's working, and what's not.
Ethos is great at spotting where there's a trend or an issue, and they'll flag it to us so that we analyze it and understand what's causing the problem.
